IndiGo Airlines, a low-cost carrier in India, operating over 2,200 flights daily to more than 125 destinations with a fleet exceeding 400 aircraft, has released a travel advisory for passengers flying from Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in Delhi. This advisory addresses a terminal change due to necessary maintenance work.

As per the announcement made by the airline, starting April 15, 2025, all flights that previously operated from Terminal 2 will be relocated to Terminal 1 until further notice. Passengers are urged to verify their terminal information and flight status to prevent any confusion.

The airline has also assured travelers that it is committed to facilitating a smooth transition and ensuring a pleasant travel experience during this period. IndiGo shared this important update on X, formerly known as Twitter, to keep travelers informed and prepared for the changes.

IndiGo has started direct flights to Fujairah, making it its fifth destination in the UAE and the 41st international location in its network. The new daily flights from Mumbai and Kannur to Fujairah with bus services to and from Dubai and Sharjah will enhance travel options for tourists and business travelers.

Fujairah, situated on the eastern coast of the UAE, is famous for its beautiful beaches, stunning mountains, and rich cultural history. Visitors can explore attractions like the historic Fujairah Fort, the Al-Bidyah Mosque, and the UNESCO-listed Wadi Wurayah National Park.
