TIME Magazine has released its 'Greatest Places to Visit in 2025' list, highlighting unique spots and experiences from around the world. This year, the Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort in Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Raffles Jaipur in Rajasthan have made it onto the 'Places to Stay List.'
Oberoi Vindhyavilas, Raffles Jaipur And Papa’s Bombay Make It To The List
Oberoi Vindhyavilas covers 21 acres and features 19 spacious, air-conditioned tents, each with its own garden, as well as two private pool villas. The resort includes a spa, library, swimming pool, fitness center, and beautiful gardens by a lake, along with walking paths and an open-air restaurant. On the other hand, Raffles Jaipur draws inspiration from a zenana, or queen’s palace, and is a stunning 50-room property. It showcases beautiful hand-carved marble, Mughal-style arches, intricate latticework screens known as jaalis, and thikri art, which is a unique glass-and-mirror mosaic from the region.
Besides this, Papa’s Bombay in Mumbai, Maharashtra has made it to the list of 'Places To Visit'. Papa’s Bombay, located in Bandra, Mumbai, is a must-visit spot, led by Chef Hussain Shahzad. Set in the attic of a former bakery, it pays tribute to Chef Shahzad’s mentor, the late chef Floyd Cardoz, known as Papa-ji. The restaurant offers a unique 13-course tasting menu that fuses traditional Indian flavors with global culinary techniques, all while evoking a sense of nostalgia.
