As you know, in the Dine and Dish series, we explore various restaurants and provide honest recommendations on whether you should dine there.

Here’s our unfiltered and honest review of BNDRA W.

About BNDRA : W

BNDRA : W is a newly opened, all-day food and beverage destination located in Bandra West. It is a high-profile joint curated by founders Francesca Smith, Romeo, and Suved Lohia Hospitality. The space seamlessly blends an upscale restaurant, a neighbourhood cafe, and a creative bar under one single roof.

The kitchen offers a specially curated, expansive fusion menu that offers both European and Asian flavors. It also operates a dedicated daytime beverage counter serving artisanal brews.

It transitions from a bright European-style space with checkered floors, sprawling glass windows, and lush greenery in the morning into a fun, Art Deco-inspired cocktail bar by the evening. So if you wish for a quiet working morning, a moody lunch, or a fun cocktail evening, this place is simply perfect for you.

Salted Maple Latte

The first thing we tried here was a Salted Maple Latte. It is a cozy coffee beverage made with pure maple syrup, rich espresso, and a pinch of salt. This coffee is the perfect order for people who like their coffee sweet but also with a subtle savory, salty kick. It is the right way to start your day.

Sweet Cheese Cloud

Sweet Cheese Cloud Coffee is a bold and rich coffee (mostly an iced latte or cold brew) topped with a pillowy but thick layer of sweet and salty cream cheese foam. The combination offers a silky texture with a delightful sweet and salty contrast. We like this coffee and can easily called a good coffee to kickstart your day and get going for work.

Classic Egg Benedict With Hash Browns

Classic Egg Benedict is a well-known staple that features a savory Canadian bacon, a toasted English muffin, and a soft poached egg with a nice and velvety sauce to complement it all. It is a fun combination of savory, creamy, and tangy flavors. Hash browns are a popular American breakfast side dish made from fried or griddled potatoes. We completely loved the harmonious ratio of everything, which led to none of it overpowering the other. You can actually taste every element well.

Truffle Scrambled Eggs

Truffle Scrambled Eggs is a delicious dish that falls under the luxurious, gourmet breakfast category. It is made by folding shaved fresh truffles, truffle butter, or truffle oil into softly scrambled eggs. The delicate, creamy texture of the eggs gets elevated with the rich, earthy flavors of truffle. We found it really amazing with a good creamy texture and perfectly balanced flavors of truffle. The bread was also perfectly buttered.

Pancakes With Fresh Fruits

Pancakes with fresh fruits are a classic, comforting breakfast option that features nice and soft pan-fried batter cakes topped with a nice assortment of sliced, raw, or lightly macerated fruits. The natural juiciness of fruits blends well with the buttery richness of pancakes. We found the pancakes fluffy and the cream more like foam, making it a healthier version. We totally loved the taste.
