Air India, one of India's leading airlines, has made headlines by achieving a Skytrax 4-Star Airline Rating for both Business Class and Economy Class. This significant accomplishment highlights the airline's ongoing transformation as part of its Vihaan.AI program.

Previously rated as a 3-star airline, Air India's rise to 4-star status comes after an extensive overhaul that includes modernizing its fleet, enhancing its service and product offerings, and improving the overall travel experience. The airline has prioritized upgrades in digital technology, on-ground services, and customer service, all aimed at providing a better journey for passengers.

The efforts have paid off, with noticeable improvements in customer feedback. Air India's Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures customer satisfaction and loyalty, has jumped by more than 70 points, climbing from -35 late last year to nearly +40 today. This rise reflects the airline’s success in areas that passengers care about the most. On its flagship A350 and B787-9 aircraft, the NPS scores are even higher, consistently in the 60s.
