Now it is adding another feather to its cap: a Dubai 24-karat gold walkway.
The upcoming walkway is a part of Dubai’s Gold District – where visitor experiences and gold trade will be integrated into one destination. Located in Deira, the district was launched in January 2026 as a dedicated hub for gold retail, jewelry, bullion, wholesale trading, and investment.
According to reports, the Gold District brings together close to 1,000 retailers across gold, jewelry, perfumery, cosmetics, and lifestyle categories. This makes it a major commercial destination for both shoppers and industry professionals, retailers, and more.

Dubai Gold District Sees Promising Growth
The announcement comes as Dubai celebrates two awe-inspiring Guinness World Records – one for the heaviest pair of gold earrings and the other for the largest pair of earrings in the world, both inspired by Indian jhumkas.
According to Emirates 24/7, a UAE-based digital news and media platform, Dubai Gold District has recorded 20% growth in the number of wholesale gold trading offices beginning operations in the district. A 15% growth has also been achieved in the number of new stores specializing in gold, jewelry, precious stones, and more.
