Time Out has unveiled its list of the World’s Best Food Cities 2026, and Bengaluru has secured the 13th spot globally. The ranking is known across the globe to celebrate the cities that offer the best food scenes, which are not only yummy but also are deeply rooted in the local culture.
Bengaluru is the only Indian city that has been listed on this globally reputed list. The ranking was completely based on the survey of more than 24,000 people across the globe. These people were asked to rate their local food scenes. The factors to rate were affordability, diversity, and quality of food.

Bengaluru performed very well with about 82 per cent of people rating its food scene as “amazing” or “good”. Most people praised its late-night food culture and affordable coffee scene.
