This corridor will pass through 104 villages and will provide direct connectivity to key hubs like Navi Mumbai International Airport, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), and Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link (MTHL/Atal Setu).

This project will also be built on the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model. This means that private developers can build and operate the road to recover costs for a set period of time, after which the state will operate it. This reduces financial burden on the state.
