If you travel daily by Namo Bharat trains, there’s some good news for you. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has launched a Namo Bharat Trip Pass facility for millions of travelers. The facility is aimed at making daily travel in Namo Bharat trains easier for travelers. Let’s take a look at how the Namo Bharat Trip Pass can ease commuter travel for millions of people.
About Namo Bharat Trip Pass
What Is The Namo Bharat Trip Pass?
Regular Namo Bharat commuters traveling between the same two stations can now buy a single prepaid pass instead of buying tickets or frequently recharging their National Common Mobility Card (NCMC). The new Namo Bharat Trip Pass aims to make travel easier between a fixed source and destination.
The Namo Bharat Trip Pass can be loaded onto an NCMC and the applicable trip is automatically deducted when the passenger travels between the selected source and destination stations. It can also be used multiple times in a day. However, the passenger can only travel between the selected source and destination stations. If a commuter gets off at a station before or after the source or destination station, the pass will not be valid and the applicable fare will be deducted from the NCMC Global Wallet.

The 10-trip passes are non-refundable, whereas the 15-, 20-, and 40-trip passes can be refunded with a fixed deduction of INR 200 as administrative fee.
