IRCTC Tourism Introduces A 7-Night 8-Day Houseboat Package
IRCTC has rolled out a new IRCTC Kerala Tour Package 2026, comprising some of the state’s most popular destinations over eight days. The 7-night 8-day IRCTC Kerala tour package starts at INR 61,000 per person, including return flights, hotel accommodation, selected meals, sightseeing, and an overnight houseboat stay.
The IRCTC Kerala Tour Package 2026 will start from Bhopal and will depart from 25th November, 2026. The IRCTC Kerala Tour package will cover major destinations in a Kerala itinerary, including Munnar, Kochi, Thekkady, Kumarakom, and Thiruvananthapuram. Travel included in the package will cover flights and road transfers on a seat-in-coach basis.
Day-Wise IRCTC Kerala Tour Package Breakdown
On Day 1, guests will arrive in Kochi from Indore, where they’ll spend the day exploring Marine Drive and an overnight stay in Kochi. Guests will then transfer to Munnar from Kochi, exploring a few attractions. Entry is optional and guests must pay for their entry tickets.
Day 3 will involve exploring Munnar, including some famous Munnar attractions like Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, and more. On Day 4, guests will make their way to Thekkady where they can opt for boating at Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary at their own expense.
The biggest highlight of the Kerala houseboat tour package will be on Day 5, when travelers will reach Kumarakom for a houseboat stay. Day 6 will involve traveling to Kerala’s capital Thiruvananthapuram, covering spots like Jatayu Earth Center, Kovalam Beach and the Azimala Shiva Temple. Day 7 will cover Thiruvananthapuram sightseeing and return to Indore on Day 8.
