Onam Sadhya is surely not any random meal; it’s an emotion and celebration. I would have never known why people said so until I actually relished it for the first time at my friend’s house many years ago! Even today, this assortment of colorful and flavorful dishes on the banana leaf is something I look forward to every year, probably more than my Malayali friend himself!
