A record was set on October 20, 2024, when 126,532 passengers utilized the airport in a single day. Furthermore, on October 17, 2024, the airport recorded a peak of 782 Air Traffic Movements (ATMs), with an annual daily average of 723 ATMs. The airport has also expanded its connectivity by adding 11 new domestic routes and 4 international services.
