Step 1: Visit The Official Portal
Navigate to the official Chardham registration portal. Make sure you’re only using the official site and not any third-party sites.
Step 2: Create / Log In Into Your Account
Enter your information such as your full name and mobile number/credentials and log in.
Step 3: Create A Tour
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see an option to ‘create/manage tour’. Click on it to plan your tour.
Step 4: Add New Tour
Select your tour type, add ‘Tour Name’, select ‘Tour Duration’ in Uttarakhand. Enter the number of tourists participating in the tour. Select specific dates of the tour in front of the destination. For example, if you’re planning to visit Kedarnath on June 9th, then select that date in front of ‘Kedarnath’ and so on.

Step 5: Add Pilgrim Details

Once you enter this information, submit a passport-size photograph and a valid identity proof for identification.
Step 6: Add More Pilgrims If Required
Click on save and then you can add details of more pilgrims traveling with you. Once you’ve added details of all the pilgrims, click on ‘Finish’.
Step 7: Download Yatra Registration Letter
Download the Yatra Registration Letter – it will contain a unique QR that contains your tour information. Carry this letter, either in a digital or printed format, with you at all times during the Chardham Yatra 2026. You’ll also receive correspondence via SMS containing your unique QR.
