Hyderabad is all set to host Wings India 2026, the largest civil aviation event in Asia, from January 28 to 31, 2026. This event, organized by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Airports Authority of India, and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, will be held at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad.
The mega event aims to explore various aspects of civil aviation, including Commercial, General, Business Aviation, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), and aims to transform the future of air travel. The four-day event will kick off with an inauguration by Union Minister of Civil Aviation Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu and is anticipated to highlight India’s growing significance in the global civil aviation sector, featuring participants from over 20 countries.
Wings India 2026 is set to bring together international delegations and industry leaders, with significant participation from various Indian states, to showcase investment opportunities and infrastructure projects. The event is anticipated to attract over 7,500 business visitors, 2,000 business delegates, and more than 200 international representatives. Attendees can look forward to around 500 B2G/B2B meetings, an expected 100,000 general attendees, 50 awards, and 200 expert speakers.
General Public Can Access Wings India 2026 On The Last Two Days Of The Event
The theme for this year’s event is “Indian Aviation: Paving the Future – From Design to Deployment,” highlighting advancements in aircraft manufacturing, airport infrastructure, innovation, and sustainable practices within aviation.
Alongside the primary events, an aviation job fair will be held to link airline and service providers with qualified candidates and recent graduates. Additionally, there will be a unique Civil Aviation Innovation Challenge aimed at students, encouraging creativity and preparing future aviation professionals for the industry.
For aviation enthusiasts, the exhibition will be open to the general public on the last two days, with registration available on the Wings India website for INR 944 per person. Entry will be permitted for one-time access only on these days, specifically on January 30 and 31, 2026.
