Many passengers have praised this new initiative, but some have raised concerns about the lack of an underpass or bridge leading to Andheri. One person pointed out, “If you’re on the opposite side of JVLR heading toward Andheri, there’s no underpass or bridge. Auto rickshaws don’t stop there, so you have to navigate through the JVLR traffic just to reach the Metro station. It’s something to consider.”
Another user emphasized the importance of accessibility, stating, “Before launching the service for passengers with disabilities, please ensure that the lifts at all stations are operational; otherwise, these efforts won’t make much difference.”
Additionally, several passengers have suggested offering discounts for senior citizens and regular commuters. Others have raised the issue of providing discounts for students in schools and colleges. One person remarked, “Is this service only for differently-abled individuals? It should also include daily commuters who have been using it regularly for the past year.”
As for ticket pricing, fares range from INR 10 to INR 70.
