RADA 2026

When we think of pop culture festivals, names like Coachella, Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, and Lollapalooza instantly come to mind. However, Pune is about to change the game with RADA 2026, the first-ever Marathi pop culture festival in Maharashtra! Scheduled for March 28 and 29, 2026, this groundbreaking event will take place at The Orchid Hotel in Pune.

RADA 2026 is a two-day celebration showcasing the talents of both well-known and emerging Marathi artists, comedians, and creators, featuring electrifying performances and engaging discussions – all dedicated to celebrating and uplifting Marathi youth and culture.

The Bharatiya Digital Party (BhaDiPa) is set to host a groundbreaking youth festival aimed at the Marathi-speaking digital audience, marking a significant milestone in live entertainment. Anticipating an impressive turnout of around 6,000 attendees over two days, this festival promises to be a memorable event.

Who Is Performing At RADA 2026

For its inaugural edition, RADA 2026 has curated an impressive lineup of artists and influencers who have elevated Marathi content and culture on a global scale. Headlining the event is Prajakta Koli, known as MostlySane, who has made waves with her debut Marathi film, “Krantijyoti Vidhyalay.” She will share her experiences and insights about representing Marathi culture on an international platform.

Neel Salekar, or Just Neel Things, is another highlight, bringing his humor and artistic flair through a mix of comedy and poetry. Joining him will be Shubham Jadhav, a burgeoning acting talent with an engaging persona. This festival also seeks to showcase emerging voices, attracting a following that exceeds 200,000.

Additionally, music producer Yashraj Mukhate will showcase his diverse musical talents, while folk artist Nagesh Morvekar, renowned for his hit “Dolby Walya,” will connect traditional folk with contemporary audiences.

The festival will shine a spotlight on rising stars in Marathi hip-hop, featuring the dynamic duo Shreyas X Vedang, alongside Srushti Tawade, who blends humor and rhythm in her performances. Overall, RADA aims to offer a platform for established and emerging artists, celebrating the richness of Marathi culture.

Talking about this one-of-a-kind festival at the intersection of Marathi traditions and the internet, Sarang Sathaye, Co-Founder, BhaDiPa, said, “Marathi artists and creators are building a very interesting repertoire beyond India. From Kratex and Shreyas having a global breakthrough to our stand-up comics selling shows internationally, it has been exciting to see Marathi pop culture creating its own niche. But we never had a stage that celebrates this success together out loud. RADA is that stage, a perfect way to bring the audience together and forge a path for the future of pop culture rooted in Maharashtra. And what better place than in Maharashtra’s cultural capital, Pune?”
