About Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival
First organized in 2016 by the Government of Meghalaya to promote tourism in this region, the music festival has attracted thousands of visitors each year since its inception.
It is a cultural celebration in the Northeastern state of Meghalaya where homegrown and international talent perform over a weekend jam-packed with entertainment, food, and endless shopping.
This music festival remains a key cultural event in India, especially noted for its occurrence during the cherry blossom season in Shillong, Meghalaya.

Nora Fatehi is a Canadian singer, dancer, and actor primarily based in India. She began her acting career with the 2014 film, Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans. She participated in multiple reality shows like Bigg Boss (Season 9) and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (Season 9), becoming a household name in India.
