- Uncovered sports equipment such as footballs and cricket bats are not allowed unless properly packed or covered.
- DSLR and professional photography require prior permission from the Metro authorities.
- Weapons and hazardous items such as knives, hammers, matchsticks, lighters, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Only sealed alcohol bottles (up to two) are permitted. Broken seals will be treated as consumption and fined accordingly.
- Pets are not allowed inside the Metro.
- No promotional materials or stickers are allowed inside coaches. Violators will face penalties.
- Sikh passengers are permitted to carry kirpans, but the blade must not exceed 9 inches.
