American Express recommends travelers to visit the colorful Buddhist monasteries in Ladakh and Sikkim, or explore Dharamshala, the spiritual home of the Dalai Lama. The report suggests that the best time to visit is from March to May and September to November, when the weather is pleasant for trekking.
The historic town of Killarney in Ireland has secured the second spot on the list. Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States, has taken the third position, while Marbella, Spain, comes in fourth. Closing out the top five is Marrakech, Morocco.
