What You Should Know About Canvas AI
Canvas, powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), is a valuable tool in Google’s AI Mode designed to help you manage your plans and projects over time effectively. You can now utilize Canvas for crafting personalized travel itineraries tailored to your unique preferences. Inform AI Mode about your trip type and the suggestions you desire, then choose the option to “Create Canvas.”
Immediately, you will receive a structured plan displayed in the Canvas sidebar. This plan aggregates real-time search information for flights and accommodations, along with insights from Google Maps that include photos and user reviews, as well as relevant data from a variety of websites. You’ll discover tailored recommendations, such as hotel comparisons based on cost and amenities or dining and activity suggestions optimized according to travel distance from your lodging.

You must also know that you can also customize your itinerary further, ask additional questions and receive guidance on making choices, like selecting a hotel conveniently located near brunch spots, even if it’s slightly farther from hiking trails. If you need a pause, you can return to your plan later through your AI Mode history, accessible via the menu in the top-left corner.
Google Also Launches AI Powered Flight Deals
Google has introduced Flight Deals, an AI-driven search tool within Google Flights that has recently expanded globally. Originally tested in the U.S., Canada, and India, it aims to help flexible travelers discover affordable destinations and save money on their journeys. Users can begin by casually describing their travel preferences, and the AI will quickly identify the best deals available. Flight Deals is now accessible in over 200 countries and territories, supporting more than 60 languages.
