The Delhi Metro has implemented a new fare structure as of August 25, marking the first fare adjustment in eight years since the last revision in 2017, which was based on the suggestions of the fourth Fare Fixation Committee (FFC).
Under the revised fare system, the minimum fare has been increased to INR 11, while the maximum fare is now set at INR 64. For journeys covering distances of 0 to 2 kilometers and 2 to 5 kilometers, fares have risen by INR 1; thus, the previous fares of INR 10 and INR 20 are now INR 11 and INR 21, respectively.
