ToggleCroffle Guys: The Newest Cafe Serving Crisp, Hot Croffle Fusion
It might be strange to hear something like croffles making their way to Mumbai, after all, who would’ve thought of combining croissants and waffles? While the two taste brilliant individually, we were quite skeptical of how the two would taste when combined in a one single dish. Originated in Thailand and now in Mumbai, this unique culinary crossover is all set to win the hearts of curious Mumbai foodies.

Food And Drinks: Did They Live Up To The Hype?
Cold Foam House Coffee
It was delicious, with a sharp coffee flavor cutting through the rich foam. If you’re a fan of cold foam coffee, this drink will definitely not disappoint you!

House Cold Coffee
The cold coffee was delicious, creamy, and had that classic cold coffee flavor reminiscent of your college canteen days. While it could definitely use a little less ice, the coffee was quite good in taste.

Aloo Bhujia Croffle
This savory croffle had a delicious potato filling and a generous topping of aloo bhujia. Who would’ve thought of that? In terms of taste, the croffle covering definitely reminded us of those classic savory snacks you’d get lathered with cake during your childhood birthday parties! And we’re not complaining!

Maple Butter Croffle
Maple syrup and butter is a classic waffle topping and this croffle did full justice to it! However, the croffle could definitely be a little more crispy and less sweet. Overall, this maple butter croffle was decent – not bad but not too exceptional either!
Rating: 6/10
Salted Caramel Croffle
Next on our mind was to try the Salted Caramel Croffle and see if it was better than the Maple Butter one. While the salted caramel flavor was shining through, but it was too sweet for our liking! Plus, we felt that it’d have tasted even better had the caramel sauce been only lightly drizzled on top of the croffle.

Margarita Pizza Croffle
Croissant + waffle + pizza = this combination had our hopes high! And to be honest, it was quite scrumptious! The gooey cheese, the sauce base, and the crunchy-soft croffle come together brilliantly to make a perfect snack to have with friends, on a rainy day, or after a pining hangover!

Ambiance And Vibe Check
The decor is vibrant, warm, and futuristic – with each corner making you feel like you’ve stepped inside a cozy futuristic film set. There’s limited but neatly laid seating and the overall vibe of the place is fun, energetic, and youthful. Definitely a great place to grab those late-night bites or catch up with your pals over coffee and croffles. Plus, the service is quick and brilliant – the staff is super-friendly and helpful!
Final Thoughts: Dine Or Dish?
After spending almost somewhere around INR 1600, we weren’t quite pleased with the experience! The service was great and the vibe is amazing, but when it comes to the food, we definitely think it has room for improvement. The drinks were delicious and the savory croffles tasted way better than the sweet ones. Plus, we found most croffles to be undercooked and doughy! Would we go back? Maybe if we were 10 years younger!
