The newly-launched KSRTC KIA To Davangere Flybus will be a direct Flybus (Volvo Multi-Axle) service connecting the airport to Davanagere in North-west Karnataka. Davanagere is a district of Karnataka, with the Davanagere city being the seventh-largest city in the state.
The new KIA To Davangere Flybus route will connect the two destinations via the Satellite Town Ring Road, Doddaballapura Bypass, Dabaspet, Tumakuru Bypass, and Chitradurga Bypass. This route will have two convenient en-route pick-up and drop points at Tumakuru and Chitradurga.
Bengaluru Airport To Davangere Flybus Ticket Price

How KSRTC Is Boosting Public Transport And Expanding The Flybus Network
The new Flybus service on the KIA-Davanagere route was inaugurated by Transport and Muzrai Minister Ramalinga Reddy on November 12, 2025. He emphasized that the launch of the new bus service promotes KSRTC’s commitment to an efficient public transport network.
Flybus first began its service to Mysuru in August 2013. Since then, it has expanded its service to 13 other routes. Today, KSRTC runs 44 daily trips in total, covering about 10,240 km.
As KSRTC expands its public transport network, it is aiming to boost its airport connectivity to major towns and cities in the state. While doing so, it is encouraging travelers to make use of public transport – an affordable, fast, and comparatively greener alternative to private cabs.
