This event is scheduled for February 20 to February 22, 2026, 6:00 PM onwards. This 2026 edition of the festival builds on the 2025 success. It drew 20,000 visitors with 45 hygienic stalls serving a huge variety of seafood.

Air

- Fly down to this airport and then take a taxi via NH56 through Olpad.

The festival, last year, was inaugurated by Minister Mukesh Patel. It is known to highlight the local aquaculture tech while converting the historic Dandi into a foodie spot. The festival, is jointly organized by Gujarat Aquaculture Feed Dealers Association and ICAR–Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture. Dandi Sea Food Festival 2026 promotes the consumption of domestic fishes through affordable plates.
Visitors can expect Gujarati staples like bombil (Bombay duck) fry, spiced batter-fried local fishes, and kolambi masala. Many stalls will also be serving paired surmai (kingfish) tandoori or grilled pomfret or pomfret fry.
The stall also serve many regional hits include Kerala-style karimeen in banana leaf, seabass fillets in garlic butter, milkfish fry, mud crab sukka, squid rings masala, and tiger prawns tandoori. All these sea food are sourced fresh from brackish farms through SAFPO. They expect authentic mud crab, shrimp thalis, fish thalis, and seabass curries along with sides.
