Walk Through Starry Night: Van Gogh’s Art Comes Alive in Bengaluru

Bengaluru is currently hosting an extraordinary experience inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s iconic artwork, particularly his masterpiece ‘The Starry Night’. This immersive art exhibition, titled The Real Van Gogh Immersive Experience, can be experienced at the Bhartiya Mall on Thanisandra Main Road until Sunday, July 13th.

This dynamic showcase features a curated collection of 70 of Van Gogh’s renowned pieces, like Starry Night, Sunflowers, Wheatfield with Crows, and Irises. The exhibition is the brainchild of The Silly Fellows, in collaboration with enthusiastic entrepreneurs Nikhil Chinappa and Jay Punjabi. Since its launch in 2024, it has already garnered 13 awards—a testament to its popularity. Chinappa, a devoted admirer of Van Gogh’s work, believes that “India deserves the best experiences that the world can offer.”

At this exhibit, you can expect stunning visuals, featuring 24-foot-tall projections and powerful lighting that spans nearly 4,000 square feet. The event is designed to be more than just a display of art; it promises a deeply engaging experience.

The immersion is brought to life by talented visual artists Hemali Vadalia and Naveen Boktapa from Motionvan Studios, accompanied by a unique musical score created by Mitch de Klein. The show is organized into four themed areas, allowing visitors to absorb Van Gogh’s creative world fully.

The exhibition runs from June 29 to July 13, with visiting hours from 10 am to 9:30 pm on weekends and noon to 9:30 pm on weekdays (last entry at 9 pm).
