It is available in Suites and First Class on specific flights between Singapore and India, and you can reserve your Shahi Thali online. The meal is completed with mint chutney, papadam, and Indian pickles.
Whereas, Ruchi Thali, offers a fine dining experience in Business Class, the Ruchi Thali highlights Singapore Airlines’ dedication to offering authentic Asian cuisine. Ruchi Thali offers six main course options, with at least four choices for vegetables or meat.
Meals for Shahi Thali passengers will be served on a beautifully designed, hammered copper-colored steel platter with matching cutlery. Business Class diners will savor their thali in elegant silver hammered serviceware.
