The Jammu and Kashmir government has now shut 50 tourist destinations and 48 resorts across the region. This comes as a precautionary measure following the attack in the region of Pahalgam.

Here’s A List Of tourist Spots That Are Shut After The Pahalgam Attack

  • Bandipora: Gurez Valley, Khampoo, Bosnia, and Vijitop are shut for tourists.
  • Budgam: Yousmarg, Tousimaidan, Doodpathri, Chearhar, and Mundij-Hamam-Markoot Waterfall are shut for tourists.
  • Kulgam: Aharbal and Kousarnag are shut to tourists.
  • Kupwara: Bangus, Kariwan Diver, Chandigam, Handwara, and Bangus Valley are shut for tourists.
  • Baramulla: Sopore, Wular/Watlab, Rampora, Rajpora, Habba Khatoon Point Kawnar, Babareshi Tangmarg, Ringawali Tangmarg, Gogaldara Tangmarg, Baderkote Tangmarg, Shrunz Waterfall, Kamanpost Uri, Namblan Waterfall, and Eco Park Khadniyar are shut for tourists.
  • Anantnag: Sun Temple Kheribal, Verinag Garden, Sinthan Top, Margantop, and Akad Park are shut for tourists.
  • Pulwama: Sangarwani is shut for tourists.
  • Srinagar: Jamia Masjid, Badamwari, Rajori Kadal Hotel Kanaaz, Aali Kadal JJ Food Restaurant, IVORY Hotel Gandtal (Theed), Padshapal Resorts & Restaurant (Faqir Gujri), Cherry Tree Resort (Faqir Gujri), North Cliff Cafe & Retreat (Astanmarg), Forest Hill Cottage (Dara), Eco Village Resort (Dara), Astanmarg View Point, Astanmarg Paragliding Spot, Mamneth and Mahadev Hills, Buddhist Monastery Harwan, Dachigam (beyond Trout Farm), and Astanpora (Qayam Gah Resort) are shut for tourists.
    Ganderbal: Lachpatri Lateral, Hung Park, and Naranag are closed to tourists.
