This April, two culinary experts – Indian Accent and London’s Michelin-starred Benares are collaborating for an exclusive dining experience in Delhi and Mumbai. Led by chefs Shantanu Mehrotra and Sameer Taneja, the menu features innovative takes on traditional dishes. While it’s not a full-fledged food festival, this limited-time event offers an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, including truffle shorba, sour apple pani puri, goat milk paneer tikka and more.
